This is one of my new watercolors. It took me about 10 hours to complete. Wisteria Glow 9 x 11.
This watercolor took about 8 hours. I have the little hummers buzzing outside my kitchen window all the time. Fuchsia Hummer 5 x 8.

Lovely! I like the hummingbird/fuschia painting. Nice colors.
You cannot see in this picture but I used some Golden liquid acrylics on the hummer for the wings. They have a color that is called interference oxide green. When you view the picture one way this paint looks a brownish copper color and a slight change it is a green, It has mica particles to give the effect.
