The big fall Vicksburg Art Show was held this past Saturday and it was a nice one. I missed last years as I was in B'han and Dad passed away. I was in a slump after I got back and it was really this past summer that I started getting back in the grove by painting with Ms A and the summer group.My Green tomatoes "Best Friends" got 2nd place in oils out of 26 entered. I was so pleased because it has been a while since I got a placed ribbon. That gives me a little boost to the old muse and spurs me on. Will show the other two this week but for now I have two I have to finish for the Crystal Spring show this Nov.
